A video of the SM Pampanga teen shooting incident was leaked in YouTube.Com. The amateur video was a good one where you can still see one of the victims still moving but the SM authorities were not doing anything to help the wounded victims. This somehow proves that the authorities did not do anything to help them and this is so very alarming because if authorities were not even trained to do the right thing in these kinds of incident, then what will happen if this will occur again.
