Right now, the session has started for the Benigno Aquino 2011 SONA live stream. Athough the official schedule is supposed to start exactly 3:30 PM as promised, the start of the speech actually started 4:00 PM.
The Filipino people is currently excited to see what the speech will be all about. As what an interview with a political analyst and professor in University of Santo Tomas, there must be a clear plan and not just some accomplishment reporting that the Pinoys will hear in this State Of the Nation Address.
